During my recent road trip to Canada, I had the pleasure of stopping by Burger Factory in Etobicoke, Toronto, on Wednesday, March 19th, and it was an absolute highlight of my trip! First off, the food was nothing short of amazing. The burger I ordered was perfectly cooked – juicy, flavorful, and served on a fresh, soft bun. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of flavors was spot on. What impressed me the most was the variety of unique burger options they had, catering to every taste. I also tried their crispy fries, which were golden and crispy on the outside while being tender on the inside – the perfect pairing with the burger! The customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even though it was a busy time, they made sure we felt at ease, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. It was evident that they care about their customers and the experience they provide. Overall, I highly recommend Burger Factory to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great spot for both incredible food and top-notch service. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Toronto!

This is very close to Humber so me and my friends always go here. The staff are amazing and accommodating. The place is also very clean and the food is served in a reasonable amount of time. For its price, it's totally worth it. They cook everything fresh and the portions are a lot. Definitely would keep coming back in this branch specifically!

I really love the atmosphere and how kind and respectful and understanding the employees here. All the food is made by hand and they take their time to make their food good and delicious for their customers. Would go back a million times if I could always. But yes I would go back for more!

I went to Burger Factory for a late lunch. It's a little tricky to get to since its attached to a hospital. We parked across the street and walked over, which was easy enough. We got cheese burgers and sweet potato fries. There are big screens and signs showing the food in yellow, red, and orange colors, looks great! Ordering was easy the system was fairly smooth. It took a little time to make, which is fine for fresh food. The burger was pretty messy, they put a lot of mayo on mine, and the buns they use are big and fluffy, but everything tasted great. Thanks to the staff for making good burgers. The sweet potato fries and chipotle mayo dip were great too. I'd go back for more.

It was my first time trying Burger Factory, and I’m happy to say I’ve found my new favorite burger spot! The place is new, very clean, with plenty of seating, and the staff were polite and super helpful. Overall, a great experience! For parking you can park the car across the seat in the plaza.

This place is epic! You gotta try it out. I ordered the limited time only Volcano Burger combo! I love my spicy food and this hit the spot. It's relatively a new location so you can expect the highest standard. Make sure to try it.

We bought 3 burgers and fries and it was amazing I will recommend coming here the food is great. We also bought a funnel cake and it also tasted amazing we had a great time and the staff was very nice to us.

One of the best meal i had. The burgers are too good every thing was fresh and you can feel each flavour in your mouth. Sagheer and Luqman provided best service. Both guys were very nice and suggested the best meal according to my liking.
